Purpose: Communicate the vision for Lifespring Chapel Church of God, located in East Machias, Me.

the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded
you; and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Placing priority on the evangelizing
of the lost, and the encouraging of the saints, by providing with our resources, namely, time, talent
and treasures, for the work which Jesus Christ has given us to do in the great commission.

First point of light will be the ministry of Lifespring Chapel Church of God. The congregation
must become a healthy, vibrant, growing congregation. A praying church is a healthy church,
and an evangelizing church is a vibrant church, while a loving church is a growing church.
Lifespring Chapel will become a praying, evangelizing, loving church. This will then lead to our
outreach in ministry to the local community, and globally as the Lord enables the congregation.
The second point of light, will be the establishment of three separate ministries to and for the
local community. One will be the forming of a “Safe House” for women and children who are
being oppressed through domestic violence. The second ministry will be the forming of a “Half-
Way House” for prisoners who are being released back into society. Finally the third ministry will
be unto the families of the local community, by providing a “Family Center”. This ministry, shall
be available for parents, children, and couples, providing a safe environment for families to grow
in love for one another, and their love for Jesus Christ through.
Thirdly a point of light shall be directed at world evangelization. This will be performed through
the placing of sacred resources into the work of the harvest. First we have chosen to point the
light of the world, Jesus Christ, to the nation of Israel, through support of “Ministry to Israel” with
prayers, and finances. Secondly by prayer and finances to the adopted children from “Operation
Compassion”. Thirdly through support of prayers, finances, and the sending of labors to “Miracle
Ministries” and the people of the Philippines.
